I totally LOVE being home! I am loving being with my fam fam and taking lots of pictures in really cool places. I sort of don't want to go back to Provo... sort of.

I love my parents. They really are the best parents I could have ever asked for. And the Lord's let me know that. My daddy is awesome and my mommy is an angel. I love my Lari-pooh and my baby sis. I am so happy because I know why families have to be together forever. There's no happiness without them.

I've lost 9 pounds! Yay! 31 to go.

I finally went to my ward yesterday and I saw my best friend Paul that I hadn't seen in 2 years. When I was hugging his mom I saw him from afar and his mouth fell wide open and his eyes lit up as soon as he saw me and he came from where he was and gave me the tightest hug I've ever received. We talked like we had never been apart and he said he's going to BYU for winter '10 and spring and summer '10 as well. I'm so happy! I love that kid. He's grown up nicely. We've been emailing each other a lot the last 2 years and we finally get to hang again. We're supposed to hang out and catch up soon. Who knew I'd love Peru so much?

And some pictures are up.

F!

I ruined my Wii. I should have never brought it to Peru. The power here is different and I think I burnt something on the console. Daddy says we can fix it but I'm not so sure.

Update 2 (with lots and lots of pictures)

Whoever said the phrase "Lima, la horrible" was so darn right. I had forgotten how ugly Lima is. Well, not the part where I live but the city in general. After 2 years of being used to beautiful Provo, I'm not really up for Lima.

This is the entrance to the region where I live

My old university

Dang, it was pretty

Another thing I love about being home is taking care of Rowdy. Rowdy is my dog. Yes, its name is Rowdy, like JD's Rowdy. AWESOME. It's the cutest thing in the world. It's a Pekingese and it loves me. I want to take it to Provo... but I can't have a pet. But it's so cute!

Note little Rowdy on my back.

We bought a bunny. Its name was Min Pao.

No, my English is still perfect. I meant to say "was". Min Pao lasted 2 days. It's dead now.

I miss Provo. Peru's alright but I do miss Provo. And my friends. I miss Stefani. She called me today. It was great hearing her voice. I guess when I stop being a whale and actually start hanging out with people, I'll like Peru better. I'm sure it'll happen. I miss pound, I wish I knew something about him. Hint, hint.

Pictures speak louder than words, so there you go.

My hand is hot.

Me... not so much.

Me and my cousin Leonel.

Me and Grandma

Me, Leo, grandma and my sister

Me and Rowdy

Me and my baby sister Toti (her actual name is Albana)

Note I'm not wearing make up at all in any of my pictures. I would have never let anyone see me without make-up in Provo. But it turns out I have a dark shadow on my chin area and I'm wearing creams that a skin doctor prescribed for me to get rid of it. And my hair is a mess. I'm getting it cut and dyed soon.

Well, hope you enjoyed the post. It took me forever to write. Oh and there's a vid of Rowdy and Min Pao the day he died. Don't worry, it's not morbid. They're just playing.
